    Gyrokinesis classes awaken the whole body and bring it into greater balance. By focusing on rhythmic breathing while in motion, the parasympathetic nervous system is stimulated. This can increase one’s well being and mental clarity often making way for an overall sense of calm. People from all walks of life can benefit, including accomplished athletes, fitness enthusiasts, senior citizens and people recovering from an injury or dealing with a disability.

  • SPUR

    SPUR is a follow-along movement and conditioning class encouraging Strength, Posture, Unity, and Resilience. It is an open level class for all ages focusing on breath, perpetual motion, and stabilization.
